Wild Pacific King Salmon

Known also as Chinook, Pacific king salmon is the richest and most sought-after of the Pacific salmon family. Sustainably line-caught on small boats, our king salmon is iced immediately and flash-frozen within hours to preserve its fresh-caught quality. Wild king salmon tops all wild salmon species for fat and omega-3 content, and is also rich in vitamin D. Kosher (OU).

Wild Alaskan Halibut

Renowned as one of the world’s premier white fish, Alaskan halibut’s mild-but-rich flavor and firm texture make it a favorite of chefs and home cooks alike. We select the smallest fish of the catch, those weighing 20 pounds or less, to ensure optimal purity. Its firm, meaty texture and big snow-white flakes make our Alaskan halibut great for grilling, pan-searing, poaching, braising, or steaming in parchment. Popular in tacos, sushi, and ceviche.

Ahi Tuna Steaks

Line-caught by a dolphin-safe fishery in the legendary Ring of Fire, our sushi-grade yellowfin tuna is cut into steaks, vacuum packed, and individually flash-frozen. Great when grilled, pan-seared, or broiled, or when served raw as sushi or ceviche. We share the same standards as reputable, high-profile sushi bars, which only serve fish that was flash-frozen within hours of catch.

Wild Pacific Albacore Tuna

Sushi-grade and small in size, our white albacore tuna is deliciously pure and abundant in omega-3s. Each 6 oz package contains 3 to 4 skinless, boneless medallions of firm, flavorful tuna (about 3/4” thick). Troll-caught and flash-frozen at sea, our albacore is always dolphin safe.

Deluxe Salmon Burgers

Naturally rich in omega-3s and vitamin D, our wildly popular burgers are made with wild Alaskan sockeye salmon and organic seasonings. Each patty comes individually vacuum-sealed and cooks from frozen in less than 10 minutes. Kosher (OU).

Wild Sockeye Salmon Nova Lox

Customers praise the vibrant flavor and silky texture of our premium sockeye Nova lox. Sustainably caught sockeye is lightly brined and gently cold-smoked over alder hardwood; then it’s thinly sliced, vacuum packed, and immediately flash frozen. One package thaws quickly and serves two generously. Kosher (OU).

Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon

Ready to thaw and serve, our sustainably caught sockeye salmon is cured in a light salt brine, hot-smoked smoked over alder hardwood, then vacuum packed and immediately flash-frozen to lock in freshness. For fast thawing, immerse unopened package in cold water for about 20 minutes or until flexible. Kosher (OU).

• Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or before 10 AM Tuesday will ship on Tuesday* to arrive 1-3 days later.
• Orders placed between 10 AM Tuesday and 10 AM Wednesday will ship on Wednesday* to arrive 1-2 days later.
• Orders placed after 10 AM on Wednesday through 12:00 midnight Friday will ship on Monday* to arrive 1-3 days later.
