Review: I originally added an order for the Wild-Caught Chilean Sea Bass to my neighbors order - just to try it. It was awesome! This time I created my own account and ordered the 4 oz size of 24 which will give my husband and I 12 delicious meals. He loves it too. If I closed my eyes while eating it I feel like I am in a top rated restaurant where only the best is served.

Review: We were excited to find sustainably fished sea bass as it's a very special treat for us -- thank you VitalChoice for the tender, fresh filets! Review: 4 of the 6 filets were so uneven in thickness it was impossible to either bake or pan sear. From about 1/2 inch at the ends to almost paper thin in the middle of the filet. Need some quality control in Chile or Peru, wherever the fish is cleaned. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Review: This fish is as good a quality as one would be served at an upscale fish restaurant (such as Ocean Prime). No fishy smell and can be baked or pan sautéed. I only wish we could buy 6oz portions. Four ounce leaves you wanting more and 8oz is more than necessary. It will be a fish I order regularly.

Review: First pick out of The White Fish Sampler. Best Sea I have had, Modified my cooking also! Reduced Broiler to 400d. 6 minutes on the first side and 4 on the other. Just done. Flaky and very moist! Used a little butter spray and paprika for color. Didn't cover up Sea Bass flavor.

It is excellent we steam ours with some spice:cayenne,seasoned salt & garlic powder and add some coconut aminos! It’s done in 7 minutes!! This fish is amazing steamed pan fried or baked! Review: I don't often used recipes from online vendors but I took your simple recipe for baked Chilean Sea Bass and it was "simply" delicious. The sea bass is fresh and tender and the sauce was light enough not to overpower the flavor of the fish. My husband ate 2 and I had one so we have enough for another dinner and we are both looking forward to that!

Review: I have not had Chilean Sea Bass in many years. It was always a favorite if I saw it on a restaurant menu. I was so pleased to see VitalChoice had it with MSC Cert and it surpasses my memory of what a good fish it is! I prepared it simply: 1 minute sear and 3 minutes in the oven at 425 in a cast iron skillet. A bit of butter and capers on top.
