"Alaskan Sablefish"
Review: LOVED the sablefish that is not smoked. Melted in my mouth. Haven't tried smoked version yet.

Review: Excellent fish. The smoked is a nice change. I alternate with the pacific king salmon and eat often.

Review: VitalChoice has a magical touch when smoking fish to its highest flavor point, without excess salt or additives.
Sometimes I'm in the mood for smoked, sometimes just pure and natural, so this combo allows me to choose between 2 incredibly moist and delicious options any night. Have to pull those tiny bones from the flesh before it gets to your mouth, but one taste tells you it's worth the effort.
"Excellent fish - poor order management QC"
Review: The Sablefish duo sampler was outstanding. Would order again with no hesitation.
The original order for this duo sampler arrived and it was totally incorrect. We received salmon lox and sablefish lox. I called immediately and the correct order was sent, since the duo sampler was for a Valentine's dinner and needed to be overnighted. Customer service was wonderful and rectified the situation. Order fulfillment folks need a bit of encouragement on their QC.

Review: This would have received a 5 had it not been for the bones I couldn't extract before cooking. Otherwise, the fish was exactly what I expected and wanted.

Review: I haven't tried this yet and, as a matter of fact, I've never tried Sablefish (that I'm aware of!). From what I've read, it should be a delicious fish, and from the other Vital Choice fish I HAVE eaten, I'm counting on it being just as good.
Purchasing from Vital Choice is always seamless, and the fish is superior to everything else! We love Vital Choice!
